Aaron roy
general manager & head coach
Aaron has been coaching for 23 years, 8 of them at the women’s pro-am level within the USLW, WPSL and UWS national leagues. He is licensed by USSF, NSCAA (USC), and has earned FA Diplomas in Sport Psychology and Club Management. Aaron served as the Director of Coaching for Madison FC and Clawson Soccer Club. He spent 5 years at Warren De La Salle Collegiate, amassing multiple League Titles and tournament trophies. Aaron served as the associate head coach for the Rochester University women's soccer program in 2021. He is currently the head coach for the St. Catherine Academy varsity girls soccer program. During his days as a player, Aaron played club ball for the Warren Crusaders, Sterling Clinton Soccer Club, and then at Oakland University. He attended Madison Heights Lamphere High School, where he helped launch the soccer program as a sophomore in 1997 and captained the team each year. In business, he is the owner of Roy-Built Construction company. Coach Aaron is a proud parishioner of Ste. Anne de Detroit Basilica and resides in Madison Heights.
